Orders & shipping

How do I return my order?

If you would like to return your order, please contact us at hello@sarrisa.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and clear instructions.

Please ensure your item is returned in its original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.

All orders can be returned within 28 days.

Once we have received the order return, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

Are there any shipping costs?

UK orders:

  • Free standard delivery on all orders.

USA orders:

 • Orders under $100 – $9.99 shipping charge
 • Orders $100 and over – Free shipping. Returns from the USA are not free – a $9.99 return label will be deducted from your refund.

Can I still change my order?

If you would like to amend your order, please email us at hello@sarrisa.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help, but changes can’t be guaranteed once the order has been processed.

How can I track my order?


Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

Do I have to create an account?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, save your details for faster checkout, and access exclusive benefits.

How do I change my account password?

Click ‘Forgot password’ at login to reset it. You’ll receive a secure email with a link to update your password.
