Thank you for shopping with us at Sarrisa. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returning an unwanted item?

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Original condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with original tags attached

  • In its original packaging

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@sarrisa.com. Once your return is approved, we will:

  1. Provide a return shipping label

  2. Send you step-by-step instructions on where and how to return your package

Important: Returns sent back without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Returns are not free. A return shipping label will be provided at a flat rate of £2.50, which will be deducted from your refund amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery, prior to being worn. If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

Contact us immediately at hello@sarrisa.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. All returned items will be refunded once they arrive at our warehouse.  Need it in a different colour?  Simply place a new order.

Refunds

We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
